PSE Dream Build - Bergara B14 HMR & PSE Evo Stock

Hi folks,

The next rifle in our "Dream Build Series" is this customised Bergara B14 HMR in cal .300 Win Mag. The Bergara action is a Rem 700 clone which means that it is easy to customise with aftermarket Rem 700 accessories / parts.

Spec as follows:

  • Bergara B14 HMR (.300 Win Mag) with carbon barrel (1 in 10 twist)
  • Triggertech Special trigger (adjustable pull weight)
  • MDT Hunting Bottom Metal (M5 profile)
  • MDT 5 round metal mag
  • German Gun Stock Punisher Muzzle Brake
  • MagPul MOE lightweight bipod
  • Innomount Picatinny / Blaser Rail
  • Spuhr SP-4801 mount
  • Delta Optical Stryker HD 5-50x56 - used for long range shooting or
  • Aimpoint with Blaser QD Mount for driven hunts / close range shooting
  • PSE Evolution carbon fibre stock in Lime Carbon Camo (inlet Rem 700 Long Action) fitted with an SRS Arca Balance Rail.

Overall this makes a superbly light weight hunting rifle. It is feature rich & weight poor! This particular customer mainly uses this rig for larger game hunting (Red Stags & Wild Boar).

He is impressed with the performance of this rifle and has told us that it is "very lightweight and handy setup - with your perfect stock and the large muzzle brake, absolutely no uncomfortable recoil - even with the .300 magnum".

Happy shooting Matt from all of us at PSE!
